First off, I hope everyone is having a lovely Sunday evening. I just finished watching The Walking Dead, chugging down a pineapple and spinach smoothie while the sad realization that tomorrow is Monday starts to set in haha. It's been a while since I've posted on here since I tend to be a whole lot more active on my instagram BUT I want to share with you guys a Protein Yogurt recipe that I just had! This baby contains chocolate chips and oreos because I am a firm believer in flexible dieting and feeding both our body and our soul so give it try for a happy tummy!
What You Need: (Im making cookies and cream flavor)
- 1/4 - 1/2 a scoop of Cookies & Cream Whey Protein
- 1 Cup Plain Greek Yogurt
( I used the HEB brand )
- 1 oz of Strawberries
- 1 Fat Free Oreo ( Now I do eat regular oreos but this is what I had in the fridge tonight)
- 1g of Hershey's chocolate chips
- 1/2 Table Spoon of natural honey
The macros for this baby are 22P/32C/6F
Keep in mind that these macros are for this specific proyo I made and they will vary depending on the brand of the ingredients you use or servings but give or take it should be in this ball park.
